Junior, Medium & Senior systeem administrators that are not afraid of a little work. Hands-on mentality, flexible hours possible, standby shift are not a problem for you. Always customer friendly and not afraid to pickup the phone if a question or problem at a customer side is not clear enough. Dutch language (native) would be nice, you know you're ITIL and/or PRINCE procedures well and Windows (core) systems even better. Office 365, Azure and an additional specialty like Google Cloud Platform are certainly nice to haves. Helpdesk (skilled) agents ( M/F )
Can you be helpful towards customers that call & have some affinity with IT? Than a (part-time) job as helpdesk employee might be something for you! No, not calling on the phone all day, trying to keep calm with customers, but, depending on your skills level, solving issues, investigating, making a plan or a report, can also be one of your tasks. During breaks, there's a fine coffee, table tennis and more available. Non-smoking and some IT interest is necessary. However, mentality and the ambition te learn and grow in your role are just as important. Technical skill can all be learned. Our founder provides, & publishes, on YouTube, Booking and other channels, on a regularly basis, videos of locations, events and interviews from & in various categories. Are you the person with a steady (camera) hand, sense of humor and incidence of light, flexible (part-time) and no objection to traveling every now and then?
